Of course! My brother has found his true love recently and fell for her from the first time he saw her. It may have not been love at first sight, but he noticed that she was different from the rest of the girls that liked him, and so, the rest is history....

They're getting married in May courtesy of the Hotel Valencia Wedding Experience and can't wait for the future:

So ya. My Zen is a goner now. My brother had one and it did the same thing. It froze up and said "Firmware Problem." It's so retarded. And the model is discontinued!!!! :@ So I have my eye on another one:


My sister got the 4 Gb for Christmas, so i plan to get the 16 Gb. Just need to get the money! I was planning on getting a MAC brush set from eBay. Those plans may need to change....

The only thing right now that could make me happy, is my palette arriving in the mail today.

I feel happy that I secured my midnight showing tickets for Twilight!

So this is my schedule for the next few weeks:

This weekend, plan on doing nothing really, chilling with friends and family, maybe do a little shopping.

Next weekend the 7-9, My sister has a b-day party at the Hondo corn field maze on Friday.

the weekend after that, we're going to NYC!

THEN!!! Twilight!!!!

My life is awesome. I can finally say that now!

I have this huge fascination with the Yeti! I want it to be true, that he exists of course. I was watching the Travel Channel one day, and Jeff Corwin was having a special on the Yeti, and it's where abouts. They interviewed the locals and such and they all had their different stories (and descriptions) of the Yeti.

But, the Loch Ness Monster, I think is more of a believable creature.

That took a long time just to upload a new mood! So I decided to post and say hi!

I'm going in to get my wisdom teeth pulled; it's my first surgery so I'm a bit on edge. Pray that it goes perfectly!

Random I know! Since I haven't posted in a zillion years! Why not now?

I would have to say a shirt from Aeropostale, which got a hole in it about a week later and I had thrown the receipt away. So I'm never buying a shirt (or at leat one that was so poorly made) from there again.

All the people on my friends list out there! PLease be praying for my brother and I! We are going to be leaving for Costa Rica Wednesday and won't be coming back 'til the 14th on a mission trip.

So pray for our safety and pray that we will see God's work to be done in the area we will be in.

I heard voices... My mom said, "Here Laura, your a nurse." Mrs. Ritchberg came over and said, "Joyce squeeze her wrist and raise it above her heart." And they continued to discuss if they should take it out there or to go to the emergency room. They decided the emergency room would be best so we (Mom, Mrs. Ritchberg, and I) went into the Ritchberg's van and headed to TexasMed Clinic since that was the closest. Mrs. Ritchberg dropped us off so that she could go back to the store to pick up my sister and her daughter Rachel. So I sat down while my mom filled out some paper work (during all of this I kept my hand above my viewing because I really didn't want to look at my finger). I kept on whispering to myself and to my mom, "I want it out." Finally, they called my name just so I could wait some more for the doctor to come in. When he did he went on about how see's guys that have nails stuck through their fingers from power tools or how he saw a guy that had a nail gone through his thigh, and I'm just thinking the whole time, "Shut up! Just put the darn numbing in my finger and take it out!" And he did and when he did it was the worst pain that I had to go through, I think. I could start not feeling in my index finger, I knew that it felt heavy at first but then I couldn't feel anymore throught it. The doctor left to fill out some paperwork while the numbing in my finger was taking all of my feeling away. And he came in after about what seemed 5 minutes and started on taking the needle out of my finger, then he said, "Oh well it looks like the needle is broken in to places." I started freaking out in my mind and on my face after he said that. When he got it out he made sure that they were the only pieces in my finger and then left. A nurse came in to bandaged up my finger and sent me on my way. We greatfully left.

I guess you can get the point, it didn't go through the bone btw.

Has a sewing machine needle ever gone through your finger? Well I can now officially be on that list of people as of yesterday. I was taking a sewing class at my mom's location in Hancock's, using a Bernina (aka "a very powerful machine" in mom's own words) to make a fleece quilt. My classmates weir my sister Chelsea, Rachel R., Mercy M., and a lady named Ulga; our teacher Clara was in there (of course), my mom would come in and help us with the sewing machines every now and then, and Rachel's mom was in there too. Ok here we go (just setting the stage for everyone), I looked up from my sewing machine for a split second (and when I said split second I mean split second) at Mercy (I can't remember why now) who was sitting across from me and I felt pain and heard and felt a loud snap from the sewing machine, my reflexes jerked my arm back and I covered my left index finger with my right hand and realized what just happened to me.

Therefore I started freaking out and hence started crying as well.

I watched One Night With The King last night... Such a great movie! Esther is one of my favorite books from the Bible so I thought they did an excellent job bringing that movie to life. Now they just have to do Ruth! ;)

Oh and btw I don't have time for the internet these days that is why I haven't posted in my journal or visited the ERF. God is breaking through in my life and He's just letting me know that I don't have time for things like this.

I will post every now and then though, and I'm sorry if I deleted some of you off of my friends list, I just don't consider someone who I've never met before as my friends.

Ok I commercials especially when your trying to watch your favorite show on tv. I wonder if they are ever going to get the story finished for Heroes? I'm a sucker for the guy who plays Zach, I wonder if a relationship between him and Claire will form? American Idol sucked last night except for that Chris Sleigh dude (love his voice) and what was with that ? I was so mad when I found out that I have to wait another week for San Antonio to come on!


Have any of you read The Merlin Trilogy by Mary Stewart? If you haven't and have a knack for Arthurian Legend read it and you'll love it. I'm still on the first book and I can't put it down.
